Michael has successfully represented clients accused of various crimes such as murder, assault, rape, enterprise corruption, RICO, drug offenses, DUI and DWI as well as many others. He has tried over fifty cases to verdict.
Michael provides a unique asset to his clients as a former Westchester County Assistant District Attorney. Retained as legal counsel involved in the construction industry to negotiate and draft all of the construction-related contracts that are entered into between the county government and architects, general contractors, subcontractors and construction managers.
The firm also negotiates and drafts all of the project labor agreements entered into between the county government and trade unions.
Serves as general counsel to many famous companies including Pepe Motors d/b/a Mercedes Benz local dealer. In that capacity, he has represented the entity in all of its litigation, including general defense work, labor litigation and antitrust litigation.
